Stormcat Air-Defense Vehicle

"Stormcat" is an 8x8 wheeled armored fighting vehicle deployed primarily by the Militarum  planetary defense forces across the Imperium. Developed as a highly mobile, rapidly deployable counter-measures platform, it bridges the gap between static defense lines and heavy tracked anti-air units like the Hydra Flak Tank.

Unlike the cumbersome tracks of typical Imperial armor, its robust 8x8 independent suspension allows it to keep pace with fast-moving reconnaissance regiments and mechanised infantry formations across arid plains, desert wastes, and ruined hive urban sectors.
