PICEA Power Pump to Flextail Nozzle Adapter

This adapter allows you to seamlessly connect a PICEA Power electric air pump to Flextail inflatable gear. It features a specialized design that connects directly into the inner hole of the Flextail nozzles, providing a highly secure and airtight fit. If you need to inflate your Flextail sleeping pad, pillow, or tent quickly using the high-flow output of a PICEA pump, this adapter is the perfect solution.
Special Design Feature:
Internal Connection Mechanism: Unlike standard adapters that fit over the outside of a valve, this adapter is engineered to connect via the inner hole of the Flextail nozzles. This non-standard approach ensures a much tighter, more secure seal and prevents the adapter from slipping off during high-pressure inflation.

Print Settings & Orientation
To achieve the best results without using any support material, please follow these specific settings:
Orientation (CRITICAL): Print the model with the PICEA pump connection side facing UP, and the Flextail connection side resting flat on the print bed. This specific orientation completely eliminates the need for supports and ensures the best surface finish for the sealing surfaces.

Material: PETG is highly recommended. Its slight flexibility and excellent layer adhesion ensure a perfect airtight seal and long-lasting durability.
Perimeters / Wall Loops: 4 walls. This is critical for the structural integrity and airtightness of the adapter.

Infill: 15% (or any standard percentage). The exact infill density does not play a significant role due to the 4-wall perimeter setup.
Layer Height: 0.2mm (Standard) for optimal dimensional accuracy.

Supports: None required (provided the model is printed in the correct orientation mentioned above).
Usage Instructions
Print the model according to the orientation guidelines above and clear any minor stringing or brim leftovers.
Attach the top side of the adapter securely to the PICEA Power pump nozzle.

Connecting to Flextail: Insert the adapter directly into the inner hole of the Flextail nozzle. Push it in firmly until it seats securely to create an airtight seal.
Turn on the PICEA pump to inflate your gear.
