Domed generator cover for Yamaha YZ 250 with custom “YZ 250” logo.
Personally designed in CAD, no 3D scan.
I decided to design this cover and the sprocket guard to add a touch of style to the dull standard components which are, in my opinion, very, very ugly.
I designed, printed, and extensively tested the parts in PAHT-CF; with this material, I have not encountered any problems during 2 years of track testing.
I cannot evaluate reliability if other materials are used.
