Description

Freezable Dab Cooler & Concentrate Storage System

Keep your concentrates cooler for longer with this heavy-duty 3D printed Dab Cooler. Designed to be placed directly in the freezer before use, the entire unit acts as a cold reservoir, helping maintain lower temperatures during travel, outdoor adventures, festivals, camping trips, or everyday sessions.

Unlike lightweight storage containers, this cooler is built with substantial thermal mass and requires approximately one full 1kg spool of PETG filament to produce. The thick-walled construction helps retain cold temperatures longer after freezing, while the removable cooling insert provides additional chilling capability.

The custom internal organizer securely holds concentrate jars measuring approximately 42.5mm diameter x 25.5mm tall, keeping everything organized, protected, and easy to access.

Features

  • Freeze the entire cooler before use for extended cooling performance
  • Custom-fit organizer for 42.5mm x 25.5mm concentrate jars
  • Removable freezable cooling insert
  • Heavy-duty design using approximately 1kg of PETG filament
  • Thick walls and high thermal mass for improved cold retention
  • Secure jar storage and organization
  • Integrated carry handle for easy transport
  • Durable and reusable 3D printed construction
  • Great for travel, camping, festivals, and outdoor sessions

How It Works

  1. Fill the removable cooling pack.
  2. Place the cooling pack and/or entire cooler in the freezer.
  3. Insert your concentrate jars into the organizer.
  4. Enjoy longer-lasting cooling while on the go.

Important Cooling Pack Warning

⚠️ Only fill the removable cooling pack to approximately 75% capacity before freezing. Water expands as it freezes, and overfilling may cause the cooling pack to crack, split, or become damaged. Always leave adequate air space inside the pack to accommodate ice expansion.

Disclaimer

This product is not an electric refrigerator and is intended to help maintain cooler temperatures for a limited time. Cooling duration depends on freezer temperature, ambient conditions, cooling medium used, and frequency of opening the container. User assumes responsibility for proper use and handling.

Custom Sizing

This model includes a reference jar object within the project files. To create a cooler for a different concentrate container:

  1. Measure your desired jar.
  2. Scale the included reference jar object to match your container's dimensions.
  3. Apply the same percentage scale to all remaining model parts.
  4. Slice and print as normal.

This allows the cooler, organizer, lid, and cooling components to maintain proper fit and proportions while accommodating different jar sizes.

Note: Extreme scaling may affect cooling performance, wall thickness, print time, and material usage. Verify clearances before printing a full-sized cooler.
