Jonsbo D32 PRO Rear Perforation Covers

A set of snap-in rear perforation covers for the Jonsbo D32 PRO case.

The project includes covers for the rear fan/perforation area and the smaller PCIe-side perforation area. The parts are designed to fit into the original square perforation pattern of the case without screws or glue.

The covers were measured, printed and test-fitted on a real Jonsbo D32 PRO case.

  Test strip for checking the perforation spacing before printing the full cover.

Measured geometry:

• Square insert size: 6.8 × 6.8 mm
• Center-to-center spacing: 9.55 mm
• Base plate thickness: 1.0 mm
• Total height: 2.3 mm
• Insert height above base plate: 1.3 mm

The full 18x12 cover is a very tight fit. It holds firmly once installed, but installation requires strong and even pressure. I strongly recommend printing the 18x1 test strip first to check the fit on your case.

For easier installation and removal, use the split strip version.
