Work has given me a little more breathing room lately, so I've been spending that extra time designing and sharing more 3D printable tools with the MakerWorld community.

As a Bambu fan myself, this platform really feels like home. It's also been a great excuse to turn random ideas into useful projects and share them with everyone.

The Pro Scraper is designed to look good, feel great in the hand, and perform even better.

Instead of treating the scraper as a disposable utility tool, I wanted to create something that feels satisfying to use every single time you pick it up. The proportions, grip, and balance were carefully considered to deliver a more premium experience while keeping the design simple and functional.

Blade System

Replacing blades is intentionally simple:

• Push the button to pop the used blade.
• Insert a fresh blade.
• Push it securely into place.
• Get back to work.

No complicated mechanisms, no unnecessary parts—just a clean and practical design.

Assembly

No additional tools or parts are need for the assembly of the Pro Scraper. 

Just push head into place and enjoy scraping. (Don't forget to put in the slider button first)

For the refill case, no tools and additional parts are required as well.

Printing Recommendations

For the scraper body, PLA-CF or PETG is recommended for improved structural rigidity and durability. (or any stronger material. -GF filament is excellent if you happen to have one.) 

***For the “head-insert” part, where pressure applied the most,  PETG is the best option from my test with the material's natural high resistance on bending force. I suggest avoiding PLA, or CF material for the head-insert as they can be brittle!***

For the replaceable blades themselves, I highly recommend PLA-CF (or PC for it's durability). Its stiffness provides a noticeably crisper scraping feel and delivers cleaner, more satisfying performance compared to regular PLA.

Included Files

The 3mf files include single color version for faster print, and also a dual-color version for better product appearance (recommended!). Feel free to create your own prefered colorway.
