Original Chibi Character - Mocai Multi-color Multi-part Print

Background of Creation:

With the development of multi-material printers on the market, more and more players now have multi-color printing capabilities. This has unlocked richer and more diverse design ideas for creators, who no longer need to excessively consider whether a design can adapt to part separation, which used to constrain designs. Coupled with the fast-forming nature of 3D printing, this has made simple original creations possible for independent creators like us! Nowadays, original creation no longer requires a large amount of time, effort, and financial resources for production (mold making, mass production, verifying product popularity) as in the past, and whether a work could be profitable was left to chance, with failure meaning utter ruin.

Now with multi-material printers, if you have an idea, just go for it! Almost zero cost (only time cost)! If it fails, you can immediately pivot to a new style.

And so! My first original work was born! The model was specifically designed with a wide variety of colors to showcase the features of multi-material printers and to be compatible with multi-material printing machines.

Character Description:

I named this character "Mocai". The character's main color is black, hence "Mo" (ink), and it is complemented by rich and colorful decorations, hence "Cai" (color).

This is my first attempt at an original character. I find original creation quite interesting, and I might try more diverse styles in the future to explore what style truly suits me.
