Marine Circuit Breaker Box (60 A)

This protective box was specially developed for a 60-A marine circuit breaker and offers a robust and practical solution for use in maritime and mobile applications.

Circuit Breaker Installation

• The 60-A marine circuit breaker is fastened in the box with 2 M6×20 cylinder head screws.
• On the back of the box, there are two hexagonal recesses for M6 nuts, so the nuts are form-fitted and installation can be carried out easily.

Box Mounting

• The design allows for hanging on a battery bag, ensuring secure and space-saving attachment.

Lid Fastening

• The lid is fastened with 4 plastic screws Ø 2.5 mm or alternatively with 4 M2.5×10 cylinder head screws.

Drainage

• On the underside of the box, there are several drain holes to allow infiltrated water, for example from rain or splashes, to drain away and not collect in the housing.

Material and Manufacturing

• The box is printed with PETG.
• For higher loads or more demanding environmental conditions, ASA, ABS, Nylon (PA), or other comparably robust materials can also be used.

The box serves as a protective housing for 60-A marine circuit breakers and is particularly suitable for:

• Boats
• Motorhomes and Campers
• Off-road vehicles
• Solar systems and battery systems
• Other applications where a protected and securely fastened circuit breaker is required.
