Alesis Nitro Max Rack T-Clamp (for 20 mm pipe)

My attempt to improve stability of Alesis Nitro Max electronic drum kit.

Since the rack is too flimsy I decided to add extra crossbars.

I designed this clamp to be similar to the original one but to work with the 20 mm aluminium pipe.

It uses M5 bolts/nuts (same as original) so you can use single hex key for everything.

I'm not sure about the load it should sustain so I printed it with 4 walls and 100% infill using PETG filament.

I holds up well so far and the difference is night and day.

If you want to do the same you'll need:

• 6 clamps
• 12 M5 nuts
• 12 M5 bolts (+ optionally 12 M5 washers)
• 2 460 mm pipes (20x2 mm)
• 1 505 mm pipe (20x2 mm)
