Magnetic Mailbox Numbers
Print Profile(1)

Description
𧲠Hidden Magnetic Mailbox & House Numbers (0-9)Â
Upgrade your curb appeal with this clean, modern set of 3D-printed address numbers! This project features hidden internal pockets designed to completely conceal your magnets from the elements.
The print profile includes a pre-configured automatic pause command, allowing you to drop the magnets right into the numbers mid-print. Once resumed, the printer permanently seals the hardware inside for a flawless, seamless finish!
đą How to Print Your Specific Numbers in Bambu Handy:
This model contains digits 0 through 9 arranged across separate, individual print plates. You do not need to print the whole set!
Follow these quick steps in the mobile app to print only what you need:
- Tap the green Print button inside the Bambu Handy App.
- Select Specify Plates to Print from the pop-up menu.
- Check the boxes only for the digits matching your house number (e.g., for "405", select Plate 4, Plate 0, and Plate 5).
- Start the print!
â ď¸ Critical Printing Rules:
- DO NOT change the layer height: You must leave the print profile set to its default 0.20mm Standard setting. Changing this will shift the layer counts, causing the printer to pause at the wrong time and ruin your magnet pockets.
- Magnet Hardware Required: Each digit is explicitly hand-designed to perfectly fit two (2) 10mm x 3mm round neodymium magnets.

đ ď¸ Step-by-Step Assembly Guide:
- Select your target plates and send the job to your printer using the attached print profile.
- The printer will lay down a single thin layer of plastic to hide the hardware, build the pocket sidewalls, and automatically pause at Layer 17 (3.40mm).
- Drop your magnets into the open circular cavities.
- Crucial Tip: Make sure your magnet polarities face the exact same direction so the digits do not fight each other on your metal mailbox surface!
- Press Resume on your printer or inside the Handy App. The printer will cleanly bridge over the open cavities, sealing the magnets safely inside.
âď¸ Outdoor Filament Recommendations:
Because these numbers are meant to live outdoors on a mailbox or exterior structure, material choice matters:Â
- Recommended Filaments: Â I used Pla for my print and so far has held up well but for long term use you probably want to use PETG, ASA, or ABS.Â
