I started this because I wanted to make a simple custom bag tag, but the options I found kept stopping just short of what I wanted.

Some had nice shapes but limited fonts. Some handled text well but did not give enough control over holes, icons, colours, or double-sided tags. I kept thinking, “I only need one more option,” then another, then another.
 

So I spent the better part of a week programming this generator.
 

The goal was to make something flexible, easy to use, and actually useful for bags, school gear, luggage, sports kits, pet collars, and anything else that needs a clear personalised tag.
 

You can choose the name, font, colours, icon, plate style, hole layout, and whether the tag is single-sided or double-sided. Double-sided tags print as two separate readable halves that join together with pins, so the tag can be read from either side.

How to use it

Click Customize to open the generator.

From there, you can:

• Enter your custom text
• Pick a font
• Choose either a bold wrap-around style or a rectangle style
• Select hole options
• Add an icon
• Pick colours for the base, text, and icon
• Turn on double-sided mode if you want both sides printed

Once you are happy with the preview, generate the model and print your custom bag tag.
