Comic Book Storage Box Book End
Print Profile(1)

Description
I like to keep my comics sorted alphabetically in different storage boxes. The problem is some boxes are more full than others, and the ones that are less so tend to have the books inside slump or fall over. The result is warped and twisted books, even with backer boards. This three part print is intended to work as a bookend inside the storage boxes.
It features a small foot to wedge under the first few books to counter balance itself and help prevent it from toppling over. Further four small indents in the front half of the stand are designed to allow push pins to act as anchors, and stake the end in place to prevent a gradual slide out of position over time. This function works great when combined with your standard carboard short or long box for comic storage. By the time your storage box is full enough that this device no longer fits, it should also be full enough to not need external support to keep books upright.
I recommend printing in PETG or studier material as PLA has a tendance to slowly warp itself, over time and with enough pressure.
