Description
High-efficiency campervan window ventilation grille designed for Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper, and related X250/X290 platform vehicles. This design maximizes fresh airflow while reducing printing time and material usage.

Print Settings & Test Parts
The included print profile has been tested successfully with PETG on my printer and provides good part fitment. Supports can be removed cleanly with the help of a sharp knife.
Since printer calibration, filament brands, and slicer settings can vary, the build plate also includes two small test pieces. These allow you to verify support settings, seam quality, and fit tolerances before printing the full-size vents, helping to avoid wasted time and material.
Key Features
Maximum Airflow & Maxxfan Ready
Provides 219 cm² of open ventilation area, approximately 66% more than comparable designs. The large opening works especially well with Maxxfan and other roof ventilators by providing an efficient source of fresh intake air, helping maintain strong airflow throughout the vehicle.
The increased intake area reduces negative pressure inside the van, allowing roof fans to operate more efficiently and deliver their intended airflow. Less restriction means the fan does not have to work against a strong vacuum, improving overall ventilation performance and fans lifetime.
Mosquito Protection
The 1.2 mm grille pattern helps keep mosquitoes and other insects outside while maintaining excellent airflow.
Rain Protection
The angled grille design helps keep light rain out while allowing continuous ventilation. Not yet tested in heavy storms.
Filament Efficient
Uses approximately 600 g of PETG or ASA for a complete pair, while many comparable designs require around 1000 g. Less material, shorter print times, and lower cost without sacrificing functionality.
Two-Piece Design
The grille can be split into two parts for easier printing, storage, and transport.
Optional Storage Hooks
Includes optional hooks for convenient storage on vehicle doors when the vents are not in use.
