Description

A clean, accurate replacement faceplate for standard manual magnetic bases (commonly used for dial indicator arms in machine shops and engineering labs). If your original plastic front panel cracked around the mounting screws or faded over time, this print drops right in to restore the tool.

  • Material: PLA works fine here as it's a low-stress faceplate, but PETG provides better chemical resistance against shop oils and coolants.
  • Orientation: Print flat face down on a textured or smooth PEI sheet for a clean, professional surface finish.
  • Infill: 15-20% is plenty.
