Cover for GPS TomTom Rider 400 to 550

To protect the electrical part of the TomTom Rider 500 GPS mount from rain and dust, I designed and printed this cover.

It can be slid on from above like the GPS and then securely locks into the mount.

The cover should preferably be printed from ASA, PETG, or PC to be more UV stable.

My PLA prototype worked fine but became brittle and cracked after one year.

As a printing plate, I used the Bambu 3D Effect Plate Carbon Fiber because the visible side then shimmers coolly in a carbon look.

But it can also be printed on regular PEI.
