Adorable Flexi-Highland Cow – Shaggy Texture & Cute Details!

Bring the charm of the Scottish Highlands straight to your printer bed with this incredibly cute, shaggy-textured Flexi-Highland Cow! Featuring its iconic long shaggy coat and detailed horns this model comes to life with satisfying articulation.

This model is the newest addition to my growing Flexi-Animal Collection. It looks fantastic standing right alongside the Flexi-Lion and Flexi-Lamb!

Multiple versions are included to give you complete creative freedom for your prints and future remixes:

• Multi-Color Flexi (AMS / MMU Optimized): Pre-colored and ready for multi-material printing. Features distinct colors for the woolly brown coat, lighter horns, snout, hooves, and expressive eyes.
• Solid Body Version (Non-Articulated & Unpainted): A completely solid, static version of the highland cow. This file is perfect if you want to scale it down for accessories, use it as a custom topper, or remix the geometry into entirely new designs!

Recommended Print Settings

• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm. A 0.16mm layer height does a spectacular job capturing the fine, layered details of the shaggy fur.
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Grid work beautifully).
• Walls/Perimeters: 3 walls are recommended to keep the moving segments strong and ensure the textured coat hides all internal infill lines.
• Supports: Standard or tree supports work perfectly—just ensure your support interface settings are dialed in for clean removal around the head.
• Bed Adhesion: A standard clean textured PEI plate works great, but if you want extra peace of mind for the small segment bases, a 5mm outer brim will keep everything completely anchored.
