Description

This is for a Picatinny Rail Adapter for a Mark IV 22/45 - 40190. I removed the bulky top rail picatinny and installed my own custom RMR plate (I may upload it here later). I could not find a decent Picatinny Rail adapter for the 4.4" barrel without it giving me issues with the front sight or with using a suppressor. This allows you to do both. You'll need to remove the front sight with an allen key which should come with the pistol and other variants, then slide on the printed Picatinny Adapter, then there are two grooves you can slide the front sight into. Once it's fitted in between the two grooves just slide it down so that it aligns with the hole for the screw. Use the allen key to tighten the screw of the front-sight down on top of the rail adapter to fit it snugly into place. There is no wiggle room. It's a nice and tight fit.

This picatinny barrel sight adapter will also still allow you to break down the gun without any issues. There are so many variations of Ruger Mark pistols, I'm not sure how many this will work with, but this is one of their latest and most affordable. So, I figured it would be quite common and should work with other models/barrel types, too.
