PA-18 1300mm RC Plane Wheel Hub Set -- 4 Part

Designed for RC aircraft builders who want a clean, scale-looking wheel setup, this wheel assembly is a simple and practical design that is easy to print and assemble. The complete wheel consists of four printed parts: two wheel hub halves, one wheel cap, and one TPU tire. Once assembled, the wheel provides a realistic appearance while remaining lightweight and durable for RC aircraft applications.

The tire is designed to be printed in TPU to provide flexibility and better shock absorption during takeoffs and landings. The two wheel hub halves and the wheel cap can be printed in a variety of materials depending on your preferences. I printed mine in PLA, and it has worked well, but materials such as PETG, ABS, or other common 3D printing filaments can also be used.

Please note that the C-clip (retaining clip) used to secure the wheel onto the metal axle is not included with this model. The clip cannot be realistically 3D printed for this application and must come from your existing landing gear hardware. If your aircraft already has a wheel installed, you can simply remove the existing C-clip, install the printed wheel assembly, and reinstall the clip to secure everything in place.
