After years of using my MTB bike stand, it finally happened.. the T-piece broke.. Time to get designing..
Something robust was needed.. said and done
For the 40mm tubes, I designed and printed a new T-piece with 100% infill using PETG HF. It holds the weight of a 25kg e-bike on the extended pole, see picture.
For this, 4x 60mm M8 hex head screws were used, as well as the corresponding 4x M8 nuts.
I set the temperature for the P1S with PETG HF to 230 degrees for the overhangs, and it was printed with a 0.20mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle.
