Handsome Flexi-Lion

Bring the king of the jungle to your desk with this adorable, highly detailed Flexi-Lion! Designed with robust, hidden internal hinges, this model prints entirely in one piece with smooth, satisfying articulation right off the build plate.  Whether you are printing a colorful companion for the kids or a clean, modern desk toy, this design is optimized to print beautifully with excellent stability.

To give you the most flexibility with your prints and remixes, this project includes two versions:

• Multi-Color Flexi (AMS / MMU Optimized): Pre-colored and ready to print with distinct tones for the body, mane, nose, and expressive eyes.
• Solid Body Version (Non-Articulated): A completely solid, static version of the lion. This is perfect if you want to scale it down for keychains, use it as a base for digital sculpting, or remix it into your own custom designs!

Recommended Print Settings

• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm (0.16mm is highly recommended for the fine details in the mane and face).
• Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Grid work best for a balanced weight).
• Walls/Perimeters: 2 to 3 walls for sturdy joint durability.
• Bed Adhesion: A standard brim is generally not required, but if you have minor adhesion issues with smaller segmented parts, a 5mm outer brim can help secure the tail and paws.

Safety Note

Choking Hazard: Because this model contains small moving joints that articulate, it is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
