Description

This is a simple two-piece tether collar designed to fit around the front end of the Nocturn industries “Talon”.

It may work for other PVS-14 style monos as well, but this has not been tested.

It provides a side loop for attaching 550 cord, shock cord, or another lanyard so your device has a backup retention point when helmet-mounted.

Its super sturdy and printed with 6 walls for a good deal of strength.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The two halves secure together using 2× M3x6mm screws and 2 x M3 nuts.

Recommended print material: PLA+, PETG, ASA, Nylon, PC, or CF-reinforced filament.

PLA may work for testing, but I would not trust it long-term.

Hardware required:

  • 2 x M3x6mm screws
  • 2 x M3 Nuts
  • 550 cord, shock cord, or similar tether material
