Description

Mera Mera no Mi V2 — Devil Fruit Collectible (One Piece)

V2 of the Mera Mera no Mi — taller flames, sharper detail, and reoriented for a cleaner print straight off the plate.

Everything that made the first version worth printing is still here, just pushed further. The flame tips reach higher, the swirl texture reads crisper at standard layer heights, and the revised print angle means less cleanup and better surface quality where it counts — on the faces you actually see.

✨ Features

  • 🔥 Taller, more dramatic flame silhouette than V1
  • 💎 Improved sculpt detail — sharper swirl texture and refined surface geometry
  • 📐 Optimized print orientation — better angles mean cleaner results with less post-processing
  • 🚫 Reduced support requirements thanks to improved geometry
  • 🎨 Multi-color and AMS-friendly — fire gradient filament swaps look exceptional on the taller flame profile

🛠️ Printing Notes

  • Supports: Minimal — the revised print angle does most of the heavy lifting
  • Layer height: 0.12–0.16mm recommended to capture the improved detail — worth the extra time on this one
  • Infill: 15–20% for a solid display piece
  • Filament: Silk PLA in red, orange, or a fire gradient is the move. The taller flame profile gives a mid-print color swap more visual payoff than V1 — if you have an AMS, this is the version to use it on.
  • Finishing tip: A heat gun or quick torch passes bring out the sheen on silk filaments and smooth the flame curves beautifully. Keep it moving — a few seconds per section is all it takes.

🎨 Customization Notes

The taller flame height scales up well — try 130–150% for a shelf centerpiece that commands some real presence. A red base transitioning to bright orange or yellow at the flame tips is the classic look, but deep crimson to gold reads surprisingly well too for a more dramatic display.

Assumed support-light PLA same as V1 — let me know if the print orientation or support situation differs and I'll update accordingly.
