A simple, stable, and support-free desktop phone stand. It adopts an ergonomic 55° golden viewing angle, universally suitable for landscape and portrait screens, making it very comfortable for watching movies, video conferencing, viewing recipes, or as a desktop clock. A charging cable pass-through hole is reserved at the bottom, supporting charging while in use. With a lightweight hollow design, it uses only about 25g of filament, prints quickly, and has sufficient structural strength.
🔧 Printing Parameter Recommendations
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Infill: 15% grid / cubic
- Wall thickness: at least 2 walls (1.2mm)
- Supports needed: ❌ no supports
- Recommended material: PLA / PETG / ABS (PLA is easiest to print)
- Print orientation: Default face up (overhang angle optimized)
📐 Model Dimensions
- Length × Width × Height: approx 95 × 70 × 65 mm (freely scalable, but pay attention to phone width)
- Phone slot width: 12mm (fits phones with case thickness ≤12mm)
✅ Compatible Devices
- Smartphones with width 65–85mm (almost all models such as iPhone, Xiaomi, Samsung, Huawei, etc.)
- Supports small tablets like iPad mini when placed horizontally (stability needs to be tested by yourself)
⚠️ Post-processing / Notes
- There might be slight burrs after printing, lightly sand the edges of the slot with sandpaper.
- If using PLA, avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight in a car (high temperatures can cause deformation).
- Applying anti-slip silicone pads (4 small round stickers) to the bottom will improve performance.
