Description
After mounting a Streamlight TLR-7x sub to my Sig Sauer P365 AXG Legion (Gen 2), I discovered the light sat off-center. I tried very hard to ignore this but for such a nice pew pew, it just kept bugging me. So I did something about it! Behold! A spacer to move the physical light body to center. I have included several thicknesses as your situation may differ from mine. This requires dissasembly of your light.
I may have ordered the wrong 1913 version TLR-7 x sub, as I've seen several pictures of the 1913s model attached to these rails.. so, these spacers may not be needed for the 1913s light. I am unable to confirm this.
For me, the 0.50mm was the ticket. This will vary based on your printer and how hard you tighten the M2 hardware when you reassemble it. You'll need a 2mm hex bit for this. Note: This will break the factory locktite (it's more like a clear glue) that Streamlight used, so once you find your thickness I would recommend putting some blue locktite on the screw threads. Alittledabwilldoya!
This was designed specifically around my AXG Legion Gen 2. I'm unsure if any other versions of the P365 suffer from this misalignment, but I'd love to hear from you if you find a different model with the same issue (even if you don't use my spacer to correct it). I think this should work on the XMACRO as well?
I used basic Bambu Labs black PLA for this print.
