Description
Inspired by Lab @Cryptonoid since he created the cap that I tried first. I wanted something a little more personalized, so I created my own cap.
This cap features the SIG logo on the front and it says TLR-7 Sub on the inside. It also features openings at the 3 and 6 o'clock positions so that if you accidentally turn the light on while the cap is on, you'll see the light shining through (pictured) and hopefully get it turned off in time. These lights get HOT fast so you only have a few seconds before PLA will melt.
These caps are useful if you're at the range doing target practice and want to keep the light clean, or if you're throwing it into a bag and want to keep the lens from being damaged.
The default settings should print nicely on a Bambu Labs “Cool Plate”. Orientation should be SIG logo down. The internal diameter in this print should lead to a cap that stays on but can be removed with minimal effort.
