🏆 The Ultimate MakerWorld Assembly Challenge! Are you ready for a fun, fast, and satisfying build? I designed this high-wing Cessna-style Airplane Kit Card to be the perfect desk toy, gift, or weekend project. It prints completely flat and snaps together to form a beautiful, sturdy 3D model.

NO GLUE REQUIRED! All parts are designed with precise tolerances to interlock perfectly.

⏱️ The Challenge: I challenge YOU to print this in your favorite color (I used vibrant Orange PLA!) and assemble it as fast as you can.

  1. Print the flat card.
  2. Snap out the pieces.

🖨️ Print Settings (Optimized for Bambu Lab A1):

  • Printer: Bambu Lab A1 (Compatible with AMS for multi-color if you want to get creative!)
  • Material: PLA (Generic or High-Speed PLA works great)
  • Plate: Textured PEI Plate (Highly recommended for a beautiful matte/textured finish on the flat sides)
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm (Standard quality)
  • Thickness: 3mm (Sturdy and strong)
  • Infill: 15% Gyroid
  • Supports: NONE! 100% Print-in-place friendly.

🛠️ Assembly Tips:

  • Gently twist or use flush cutters to remove the parts from the outer frame.
  • Slide the wings into the main fuselage slots.
  • Attach the front propeller and landing gears last.
  • Tight fit? A tiny bit of sanding on the edges might help depending on your filament flow rate, but it should snap perfectly on Bambu printers!
