🛠️ Support the Process!
💡 What you see is what you get: Unlike many profiles that only upload digital renders of unprintable models, every single design here is fully test-printed, refined in Blender/Meshmixer, and optimized for FDM before release.
I spend hours tweaking geometries, custom supports, and wasting my own filament so that you can enjoy a flawless, hassle-free print on your first try.
If my test-printing hours saved your time and filament, feel free to keep my printers running and fuel the next project! Any support is greatly appreciated: paypal.me/mjrko84
⚔️ Dracule Mihawk "Hawkeye" - 115mm Charging Pose Figure
"It shows a lack of restraint to use a black blade on a mere rabbit."
Bring the unmatched lethality of the World's Strongest Swordsman, Dracule Mihawk (Hawkeye), to your collection. Currently a co-leader of the Cross Guild and a former Warlord of the Sea from One Piece, this high-momentum display statue captures Mihawk mid-charge, wielding his legendary Supreme Grade black blade, Yoru, in a devastating combat stance.
Standing at 115mm tall in a dramatic low profile, this model is structurally scaled to fit perfectly alongside other iconic figures on your display shelf without overwhelming the space.
📐 Print Specs & Details
- Total Height: 115mm (Dynamic lunging stance).
- Layer Height: 0.12mm (Highly recommended to retain crisp definition on the sharp coat collar, slicked-back hair, and the intricate crossguard of his weapon).
- Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm standard FDM friendly.
🛠️ Support & Post-Processing Guide
🧹 CLEANUP TIME: The overall mesh topology is highly FDM-friendly, allowing the main tree support structures to break away cleanly. However, the unique angle and details of his signature weapon require a precise approach.
- ⚔️ Blade & Handle Caution: Exercise standard caution when peeling away supports around the long blade edges and the thin handle grip. Do not pull with sudden force to avoid flexing the weapon assembly.
- 🪝 Trapped Support Pro-Tip: There is a tiny, hidden support structure generated inside the narrow gap between Mihawk's hand and the back of the sword guard. Do not attempt to pull it out by hand. Use a fine metal hobby hook/dental pick to easily slide into the gap and pull the support core straight out.

Technical & Creative Note: This design is based on an AI generation that I have manually refined and tested on FDM prints to ensure printability and quality. The featured photo is of the actual physical print. I’ve included AI-colored renders only as a visual reference for those who wish to paint the miniature.
