This is a double-layered, detachable, rectangular planter with drainage holes and a drip tray.

This planter is suitable for plants with creeping roots (such as Philodendron McDowell, etc.), whose roots grow horizontally on the soil surface. Since planters are not infinitely long, I designed this planter to be detachable from the middle.

Besides being able to separate the inner pot into two parts, this planter also has holes in the upper middle section for roots to extend through. Once the plant grows large enough, you can cut it in the middle and move it to a new pot, allowing it to continue growing. The advantage of this design is that you don't need to re-pot every time, making it convenient, clean, and easy to share divided plants with friends.

Printing Tips:

I use matte PETG, which has better weather resistance under prolonged sunlight and is also more affordable.

I added a Voronoi fuzzy skin texture to the shell and base to reduce layer lines and enhance the tactile feel. If you don't like it, you can remove it, no problem at all.

Note: Do not add fuzzy skin to the inner pot, as it may cause assembly difficulties.

The bottom of the outer pot has overhangs and requires supports. Tree supports are recommended for easier removal (already configured in the print profile).

The planter in the photos is the 27cm long version, which is the maximum size the A1 can print. If you have a printer with a larger print size, such as an A2L or H series, you can scale it according to your plants.

This is the first model I've uploaded. If it helps you, please download and support it generously. Happy printing!
