Print Settings & Recommendations

To achieve a flawless, high-end finish, follow these factual printing guidelines:

• Layer Height: 0.16 mm to 0.20 mm is optimal. Since trays consist mostly of flat vertical and horizontal surfaces, ultra-fine layer heights are not strictly necessary, saving print time while maintaining a clean look.
• Wall Lines (Perimeters): 3 to 4 walls are recommended to ensure the vertical sides are rigid and sturdy without needing excessive infill.
• Infill: 15% - 25% (Gyroid).
• Top/Bottom Surface Pattern: Set the top surface pattern to Monotonic Line or Archimedean Chords for a much cleaner, premium finish on the inside floor of the tray. Ironing can be enabled for the topmost surfaces to achieve a perfectly smooth, injection-molded appearance.
• Material: Matte PLA or Matte PETG is highly recommended to absorb light and hide layer lines, emphasizing the clean, premium geometry of the design.
