Description
Universal soft vise jaw pads designed specifically for pipe work – perfect for welding stainless steel exhaust systems. They protect delicate surfaces from scratches while ensuring a secure grip.
- 3 Sizes Included: Available for vise jaw widths of 125 mm, 150 mm, and 160 mm.
- Fully Adjustable: The design allows you to freely slide the v-blocks (prisms) to perfectly match the diameter of your pipe.
- Fully Modifiable: .STEP files are included, so you can easily adapt the model to your specific needs.
- Tested & Proven: Fully tested in a real workshop environment – they work brilliantly!
- Vise adapters slide nicely onto your vise jaws, and then you can screw them to hold in place by using side screws.
Hardware Required:
- Top: M5 Threaded inserts
- Sides: Standard M6 Nuts
I recommend printing with PETg, but may be printed with ASA and other materials too. I haven't tested other than PETg.
