Description

This is a fully functional Desktop Embroidery Stand, designed from scratch and inspired by a popular product sold on Amazon.
If you love embroidery but want to avoid neck and hand strain, this project is the perfect DIY solution to keep your hands free!

I reinterpreted and optimized the original design specifically for 3D printing, ensuring great structural strength and smooth height/angle adjustments.

Key Features:

Fully Adjustable: Easily adjust the height and tilt angle to find your perfect ergonomic position.

360° Rotation: Flip your hoop effortlessly to check or finish the back of your stitch without removing it from the stand.

Strong Grip: The clamp is designed to hold various sizes and thicknesses of wooden or plastic hoops.

Sturdy Design: Engineered with a stable base to prevent tipping while working.

Hardware required:

Insert M6 (2x)
Screw M6 x 40 Hex Head (4x)
M6 nut Butterfly Wings (2x)

Notes:

  • To make the "3d print screw cover" match the model, on plate 3, there is a pause in the printing process where you must add the screw and then continue printing to obtain the hidden screw head.
  • I also used "support for PLA/PETG" filament to make removing the supports easier. If you don't have this filament, you can use PETG if printing in PLA, or PLA if printing in PETG. If you want to print everything with just one filament, that will also work, but removing the supports will be more difficult.

If you like this model, please leave a boost, a 5-star review, and share your makes! 🧵✨
