Stand for Nukatap Counter Pressure Filler

Description
Description
This is a stand for Kegland's Nukatap counter pressure filler.
It is heavily inspired by another model for a similar device.
These counter pressure fillers are great, but I realised that it took me slightly more time to bottle my batch.
With my basic set up, I was able to cap a bottle while the next one was filling up.
The idea here is to reproduce this set up and allow the bottle to fill up “hands free”.
This is made of two pieces.
The bottle plate should attached to a vertical board (ply wood, mdf, or better ABS as it won't absorb moisture).
Then the actual tap holder holds the tap itself (unsurprisingly ;) ).
Note: the gaz input of the tap must be fitted with a 3/8' Duotight piece.
Print instructions
You will notice that the tap holder is not printed with the default orientation.
This is to ensure best resistance considering layer orientation vs. main constraint direction (upward).
This require using supports (trees, build plate only).
Regarding strength, I went with 3 walls, 25% gyroid infill.
This worked for me, change at your own risk.
Usage
Once the bottle plate is secured against a vertical board (2 x M4 countersunk head screw + bolts), you will need to adjust the height tap holder to the height of your bottles.
To do so:
- attach the tap holder to the bottle plate with a 6mm hex bolt (length depends on the vertical board you used) and a M6 wing nut (or anything equivalent of your liking)
- the head of the M6 bolt should fit between the rails on the side of the hole
- it should be lose enough to travel vertically
- place the Nukatap in position
- place a bottle like you you fill it. The neck should sit in the window of the bottle plate
- firmly press the Nukatap into the bottle
- while still pressing, secure the wing nut (or other) so that the Nukatap will remain in position.
Before youyr session, ensure that you can easily slot your botle in and out and that it is tight enough to contain the pressure.
Remix
The initial stand by @indian_villager was for a different make and model of counter pressure filler.
This model is specifically for the Kegland's Nukatap and it is as well a bit simpler.
