Description

I lost one of the rubber feet for my Bosch Portable Tripod for my laser level so decided to make my own rather than order a replacement. I printed this using TPU for AMS to allow it to stretch and move a little but I'm sure you could use just about any material. I did leave a little extra tolerance on the inside of the foot. Designed from scratch in Tinkercad.

Dimensions of the Foot are 34.14mm W x 24mm H.

There are 5 different feet options available. Profiles for PETG Basic, PLA and TPU for AMS and an option for PETG Basic and TPU for AMS that include recessed sections at the bottom of the foot for increased traction. The feet with the recessed sections have supports enabled to help with the bridging. I have not attempted to print those without supports but the item is small enough that I believe it can probably be printed successfully without supports. If I have time I will test it out but only having one printer leaves me with little "free printing" time. Lol.

The replacement part number for the foot from Bosch is 1618C0111B.

The tripod is the Bosch BT150.

I love to create functional, useful things but unfortunately have a day job and don't get as much time to "tinker" as I'd like to. Any help, boosts and feedback is appreciated!!!
