Metric DIN S Heavy Hydraulic Caps and Plugs

These are DIN S Heavy Metric Hydraulic Caps and Plugs, they have a 24 deg Taper with an O-ring seal. These are the common sizes found on many European Excavators and Machines.

The Sizes Included are - Recommended O-Ring Size, you need two, one for the Seal and the other is to hold in the seal Insert into the cap.

06S - M14x1.5                -    4.0 x 1.5 mm or 3/16 x 1/16"

08S - M16x1.5                -    6.0 x 1.5 mm or 1/4 x 1/16"

10S - M18x1.5                -    7.5 x 1.5 mm or 5/16 x 1/16"

12S - M20x1.5                -    9.0 x 1.5 mm or 3/8 x 1/16"

14S - M22x1.5                -    10.0 x 2.0 mm or 3/8 x 3/32

16S - M24x1.5                -    12.0 x 2.0 mm or 7/16 x 3/32"

20S - M30x2                   -    16.3 x 2.4 mm or 5/8 x 3/32"

25S - M36x2                   -    20.3 x 2.4 mm or 7/8 x 3/32"

30S - M42x2                   -    25.3 x 2.4 mm or 7/8 x 1/8"

38S - M52x2                   -    33.3 x 2.4 mm or 1 1/8 x1/8"

I just used what O-Rings seem to fit best out of a kit and that seems to works fine.

I printed these in PETG and I Modified the Thread for better clearance so they thread together well.

These will obviously not hold Hydraulic operating pressure, but they are great for working on your machine to keep out dust and are great for storing or shipping parts and hoses with a dust/leak cap.
