To whoever takes on the project, please be advised that to access the sensors, you must disassemble the entire controller.Â
Fear not, this mod is non-destructive and only replaces original thumb sticks with no damage to the structure!
đ Thumb stick's body has been modeled after an original part from the PS1 dual shock controller
𧲠âMagnet hotswapâ variant requires you to insert a single D4x2 mm magnet into each corresponding part (see BOM for the exact part)
đšď¸ I am fully aware that âArcadeâ top variant is bulky and uncomfortable, but it's fun :)
âšď¸ The (designer) print profiles' second plate settings are configured for PLA+PETG support interface layer. While this is an optional way to print the base of the stick, it is highly recommended due to the precision required to fit the joystick shaft.
