Description
Want to get a grip at the life-size rocket from Dominator 3? This model assembly easy and can be printed with or without AMS.
Dominator 3 Rockets are specialized meteorological probes. Extreme storm chaser Dr. Reed Timmer launches them directly into tornadoes. Traditional drones fail in strong downdrafts. Sinking air currents deflect them away. Rocket propulsion provides necessary speed. It forces instruments into the tornado's core.
How Dominator 3 Rockets Work
- Roof launch: Fired from the Dominator 3 armored vehicle.
- Barrier penetration: Pierces the sinking outer air.
- Parachute deployment: Ejects the nose cone inside.
- Vortex flight: Rides updrafts like "Dorothy" from Twister.
Collected Meteorological Data
Miniaturized sensors transmit real-time data back to the vehicle:
- Atmospheric pressure: Records core drops.
- Relative humidity: Measures column moisture.
- Air temperature: Tracks current profiles.
- IMU metrics: Captures turbulence forces.
- GPS positioning: Traces 3D paths.
Model is for display, or to play with.
You can put any flashlight inside and have a cool lamp.

Im also working on the parachute system, witch u can see below, but its still not great.
