🔧 How It Works

The system follows a streamlined maintenance cycle for the rail, in two simple steps:

⚠️ Important Safety Notice: Always turn off your printer before using this tool to ensure safety and prevent any damage.

Step 1 — Cleaning

Clean the surface before applying lubricant to ensure the best performance. Use a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol to wipe away dust, debris, and old residues. Ensure the area is clean and dry before moving to the next step.

Step 2 — Lubrication

Now that the rail is clean, it is ready for your chosen lubricant. Insert the spray tube into the upper port (2.2 mm). Give one light spray. Move the carriage left and right several times: the motion distributes the lubricant evenly across the entire track.

🎁 Complete Your Setup

  • Z-Axis Injector — enclosed design, different orientation.
  • Y-Axis Injector — Completes the trio of maintenance tools.

⚠️ Some Notes

Why printing IN-RAIL in PETG? PETG is more durable than PLA because it resists chemicals (solvents and oils) without deforming.

Follow the order: Clean, then lubricate. Skipping a step or reversing them compromises the longevity of the lubrication.

Universal Compatibility: Since almost all spray cans share the same standard diameter, this tool is compatible with most lubricants on the market. Tested on H2S.
