c5 and c5pro durable silicone nozzle shield casting mold

        A mold for manual silicone pouring, Please note, this is just a mold, not a model that can be directly used on your 3D printer. You need to pour well-prepared silicone into it and wait for it to solidify before use. It is more durable than the original one; the original thin layer of silicone was torn after a dozen hours of use:

Worried that the steel sheet inside would wear down the nozzle, I made a full silicone pad by myself. I have been using it stably for nearly 100 hours now, and there are no issues with printing, no damage, no material leakage, and no harm to the machine. Apart from a small burn mark, it doesn't affect its work at all. Installation is easy; the piece with the round notch shown in Figure 5 goes under nozzle #3, where there is a screw:

The others can be installed randomly.
        There is a screw protruding under the #3 tool head gasket, so to avoid conflict with the nut, I made a crescent-shaped notch in one of the gasket molds:

After pouring the silicone, align the anti-fooling protrusions and press firmly to snap it shut:

Once the silicone dries, use a blade to pry it open, and you will get a gasket with a notch at the bottom, specifically for the #3 tool head.

        The other three do not need a lid; just pour the silicone until it's level:

        Purchase condensation-cure white high-temperature silicone with a hardness of around 35. Silicone that is too soft may be compressed and deformed, preventing it from working well. After the silicone solidifies and is removed, the surface friction is high. You can apply a small amount of lubricant to your hands until it's smooth, so the silicone pad won't get stuck by the nozzle tip due to excessive friction and bend.
