Introducing the WideBoy Wheelie Board, my very first fully designed and original fidget creation!
Designed to keep your hands busy and your mind focused, this unique 3-in-1 fidget combines multiple ways to play in one compact design.
Fuzzy Skin Texture – Enjoy the satisfying rough, tactile feel created with a fuzzy skin finish, perfect for sensory feedback and endless fidgeting.
Hand Spinner Wheel – The central wheel spins smoothly in your hand, making it great for relieving boredom, improving focus, or simply keeping your fingers occupied.
Balance Board Challenge – Take the fun to your desk! Use the Wheelie Board as a balancing toy and see how long you can keep it upright while performing tricks and challenges.
Optional TPU Wheel – Print the wheel in TPU for a softer, quieter feel with added grip, or use PLA for a smoother, faster-rolling experience.
Whether you're looking for a desk toy, sensory fidget, or something different to print, the WideBoy Wheelie Board offers a fun and engaging experience for all ages.
Printing Notes
Designed for easy printing with minimal material usage.
Fuzzy skin is recommended for the best tactile experience.
Wheel can be printed in either PLA or TPU depending on your preferred feel.
Works great as a quick print or a gift for fellow fidget enthusiasts.
Assembly Instructions
Insert the wheel into the Wheelie Board body.
Align the axle holes in the wheel and body.
Push the axle pin through one side of the board, through the wheel, and out the opposite side.
The axle pin is intentionally designed as a tight fit to keep it securely in place during use.
If required, use a flat object to carefully help push the axle through the body and wheel.
Once fully inserted, the axle should remain securely fitted without the need for glue or additional hardware.
Troubleshooting
Due to variations in printer calibration and slicer settings, fitment may vary slightly.
If the axle is too tight, try slightly scaling down the axle pin or adjusting your print tolerances.
Remove any excess material or elephant's foot before assembly for the best fit.
