Description
BB Pen V3 is a 3D printed pen with an integrated print-in-place BB mechanism.
The mechanical firing mechanism is printed as part of the main body, reducing the number of separate parts and making the assembly simpler compared to the previous versions.
The pen uses a standard G2 refill, 100 mm / 3.93 in long.
After printing, carefully remove and clean all supports around the internal mechanism. Good support cleanup is important for smooth operation.
Before final assembly, check the thread between the two main body parts. In some prints, the thread may need to be worked back and forth a few times before it runs smoothly.
Insert the G2 refill, screw the two body parts together, and the pen is ready.
