LOOP GEAR SK05pro 2nd generation flashlight full-wrap protective case, replaces K-sheath

Many users must find that the flashlight's casing is prone to wear, scratches, and revealing the base. This flashlight isn't particularly cheap, and the official K-sheath doesn't seem worth its price. So, I designed a protective case to prevent it from scratching other items in a bag or getting scratched by other items, and it will also depreciate less when selling it secondhand.

I've designed several combination options; please choose according to your needs. The default size is tight. The chamfered part of the head cover is difficult to install. You can use a plastic sheet of a certain thickness to guide the installation. I used the corner of two thick snack bags, inserting them into the chamfer, pressing the cover while pulling the snack bag to install. Once installed, the head cover will be very difficult to remove. The full-wrap body is also a bit tight, so there's no worry about the flashlight slipping out when held. The bottom of the body protective cover is only 0.2mm thick, which protects the tail and allows it to magnetically attach to thicker magnetic sheets. When removing it from the build plate, be careful to gently wiggle it off, otherwise, the thin bottom layer might crack. For those who don't like the full-wrap, there's also a tail-ring option, which protects the corners from bumping when placed on a table.

Another configuration has a looser body and is fixed by a single slot. Using the flashlight while holding the body's protective case carries a risk of it falling out, so please choose as needed.

My printer is A1, and the default filament is PETG. I recommend printing with tough PETG. Using opaque filament for the head can reduce light guidance interference with vision, but for those who like light guidance, that's another matter.
