Yaesu FT-991A Side Railes and Handle - Elevated

This model is a remix of jason.connelly's FT-991A Protective Rail Handle's. I added the bottom triangular sections to elevate the face of the radio. For my application it makes it easier to see and read the screen, dials and buttons. 

Like Jason, I searched many current designs for 991A rails. His design was by far the best print I found. He did an excellent job! My addition to his work is very simple and I am sure it could be improved upon. I urge you to visit his original print page and read the description he wrote. I think you will find it helpful. You will need four M4 x 12mm bolts to mount the rails to your 991A. The fit is very secure and makes a nice addition to the radio. I have had several of my friends that, own 991A's, request a set of these rails and I have happily obliged.
