Description

Print Your Own 90° Precision Square | 50–150 mm

: A practical 3D-printable engineer's 90° square .

 

Available Sizes

: All sizes are included in the print profiles. Simply select the desired plate/profile and start printing.

  • 50 × 40 mm
  • 75 × 50 mm
  • 100 × 70 mm
  • 150 × 100 mm

 

Assembly

: Please refer to the assembly images below.

  • Assemble within approximately 1 hour after printing for easier installation.
  • As the parts cool down, the fit becomes tighter.
  • If the parts have completely cooled, a vise can be used to assist assembly.
  • A proper assembly will produce a noticeable "click" sound.
  • A very small visible gap after assembly is normal and does not affect functionality.
  • Please refer to the image below for bolt specifications, head diameter, and length.

Optional Bolt Reinforcement

  • The square is designed to work well with only 2–3 locking slots engaged.
  • If the joint becomes loose over time, or if you prefer a more rigid assembly, bolts can be installed.
  • Any bolt head style can be used.
  • Recommended bolt lengths are listed in the profile descriptions.

 

Accuracy

  • Expected accuracy level: Grade 2–3
  • If you require professional inspection-grade accuracy, please consider purchasing a certified Grade 0–1 engineer's square.
