Who is already using the new X2D To truly put the mechanical Dual Nozzle System through its paces, I split the classic Testbenchy exactly in the middle
Thanks to the gear and trigger change in the print head, the mechanics now switch with every single layer to build up the left and right halves separately
The result
A close look at the seam immediately reveals how perfectly calibrated the two nozzles are to each other No huge AMS waste pile, but pure, mechanical nozzle changes in a matter of seconds
Have you already managed to adjust your dual system so precisely Write it in the comments!
I create my models simply for the fun of it and because I like to try out new ideas. If you like any of them or can use them, I'd be really happy!
A little background about me: I only recently dived into the fascinating world of 3D printing. Currently, I still rely on AI support here and there, but my clear goal is to gradually eliminate this help and create the models completely independently from scratch.
Until then, I hope you support me nonetheless! ❤️
Feedback is always welcome and helps me to improve! ❤️
