Description
I needed a sphere at the end of an M10 threaded rod, and this model came about. The sphere has a diameter of 50mm, and on the bottom side there is an 8.5mm diameter hole which is perfect for creating the matching thread with a standard tap. I use this sphere as an end piece for pressing to fill 500g screw grease cartridges into the central lubrication system. It fits well in the hand and is also stable enough. Probably a PETG variant would also be suitable for creating a trailer hitch lock.
