Description

📐 Pointed Four-Finger Knuckle Duster Model

This model is a traditional full-hand knuckle duster featuring a four-finger grip configuration. The upper profile incorporates sharp, pointed triangular ridges over each knuckle loop, paired with a central heart-shaped cutout within the palm swell. A integrated lanyard/keychain hole is positioned on the lower right flank of the palm support for attachment options.

⚙️ Design Specifications

  • Grip Configuration: Full four-finger alignment.
  • Esthetic Elements: Quad-pointed striking peaks and a central heart geometric cutout.
  • Retention Feature: Single lanyard attachment point on the lower base frame.
  • Ergonomics: Flat, curved palm swell designed to distribute pressure across the base of the hand.

🖨️ Recommended Print Parameters

  • Material: High-impact filaments such as PETG, ABS, or ASA are typically preferred for structural models over standard PLA to prevent brittle fracturing under stress.
  • Wall Count: 4 to 6 perimeters (wall loops) to maximize the structural integrity of the finger loops and the internal heart cavity.
  • Infill Density: 40% to 100% depending on the required weight, heft, and solidity of the final physical piece.
  • Infill Pattern: Gyroid or 3D Honeycomb to provide equal multi-directional strength across the horizontal and vertical axes.
