Mary Magdalene was one of Jesus of Nazareth's closest followers. According to the Gospels, Jesus freed her from several evil spirits, and she became one of his disciples. She was present during the crucifixion, accompanied the burial, and was one of the first people to see the resurrected Jesus.
For this reason, she is known in Christian tradition as the "Apostle to the Apostles", as she was the one who announced the news of the resurrection to the other disciples. She is a symbol of faith, fidelity, and spiritual transformation.
