Simson S50 / S51 Handlebar pad for clipping on
No screwing necessary – simply clip on and done.
Only works with cylinder head screws with hexagon socket (Allen)!
Thanks to the precisely matched fittings, it sits securely and tightly without needing additional fastening.
(Fit accuracy is adjusted for PETG filament)
Designs:
Classic S50 / S51 lettering in Audi style.
Print settings:
- PETG (important)
- 0.2 mm layer height
Remaining settings as desired
The color can be changed in the slicer or in the Bambu Handy app.

In my own estimation, the handlebar pad, when properly installed, does not impair any safety-relevant vehicle functions and should therefore be uncritical during normal driving operation. However, a binding legal assessment cannot be provided.
