This is a funnel attachment for kitchen machines, which I use to make mayonnaise. With the help of the funnel, the oil flows slowly into the kitchen machine to emulsify egg and oil.
With sunflower oil, the flow rate is approx. 100ml per minute.
The funnel has a capacity of approx. 400ml.

Notes on the model:

I printed the model in PETG. After use, I rinse it by hand - unfortunately, it is not suitable for a dishwasher cycle.

I use the funnel on my TM7 with the following ingredients and settings:

Preparation:

  1. Add 300ml sunflower oil to a measuring cup
  2. Peel 4 cloves of garlic
  3. Squeeze half a lemon

Recipe:

  1. Beat 2 eggs and add to the mixing bowl
  2. Press garlic cloves into the mixing bowl with a garlic press
  3. Add lemon juice to the mixing bowl - possibly only half the juice if the lemon was large
  4. ¾ tbsp salt
  5. 1 pinch ground black pepper
  6. Place the lid on the mixing bowl
  7. Setting: Level 4.5; Time: 3 minutes 30 seconds → Start
  8. Place the funnel on the lid and pour in the oil
  9. Enjoy!

Note:
Use at your own risk. The recipe uses raw eggs - therefore, always use fresh and clean eggs and consume the product quickly!
