Work in progress!
A cupholder for the Thule Chariot bike-trailers. It's designed to be printed in one-piece with no assembly. During my tests some post print work may be necessary to remove traces from the supports.
Inner diameter 76mm, depth 87mm.
During testing i have removed and attached it 10+ times without signs of wear or cracking. Still developing the design, i'm afraid current design is weakest where the cylinder changes to the attachment.
